Terms of Use
Last updated: April 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of the chatline.app marketing website. They do not govern the use of the ChatLine product itself — that is covered by a separate service agreement between HeyHo Systems GmbH and each customer studio.
1. Website use
You are welcome to browse this site for informational purposes. You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful, damages the infrastructure, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or interferes with other visitors' use of it.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, code, layout — is the property of HeyHo Systems GmbH or its licensors and is protected by German and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works, requires prior written consent.
3. Accuracy of content
We aim to keep all information on this site current and correct, but we make no warranty or guarantee that content is free of errors or omissions. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
4. External links
This site contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Linking is provided for convenience only and does not imply endorsement.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HeyHo Systems GmbH is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for direct damages caused by simple negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. This limitation does not apply to liability for injury to life, body, or health, nor to claims under the German Product Liability Act.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the user is a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
