By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the use of WhatsApp for business-related purposes, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and customer support. Businesses are responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s terms of service and data policies when using the platform through our services.
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken under your account. You agree to notify HeyHo Systems immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using our services to transmit any offensive, abusive, or harmful content, or engaging in activities that disrupt or harm our platform. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HeyHo Systems, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
HeyHo Systems may modify these Terms or its services at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
