The starting point: Opening hours exceed staffed reception hours.

The studio describes being open from 8 am until 9 pm, with reception not staffed for the entire day. Outside staffed hours, callers previously left messages that reception staff had to return later.

The team reports that staff can stay with their on-site tasks and customers while “Josef” handles the call. Weekend cancellations are also mentioned as a practical relief: the team no longer needs to check those calls itself.
